Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD)

 Your initial session will begin with a comprehensive review of your health history and a discussion of your specific needs and goals. This will be followed by a detailed explanation of the MLD treatment plan tailored to you. The session includes the body treatment itself, with the option to enhance your experience with added aromatherapy if you wish. This thorough approach ensures a personalized and effective treatment designed to support your overall well-being. 

90 Minute Session  $125

 For returning clients, each session includes an assessment of previous bodywork and treatment progress. This allows us to adjust and optimize your ongoing care. 

 Sessions last 60-75 minutes and are priced between $85-$100, depending on your specific needs and the duration of the treatment. 

For clients with compromised lymph health, a doctor’s approval is required before undergoing this type of bodywork. MLD has analgesic effects and can redirect lymph fluid around blocked areas, making it an effective treatment.

MLD can be performed as a whole-body modality or targeted to specific areas that may have been compromised due to cancer, surgery, or other conditions. This gentle technique is a potent way to activate the lymphatic system, offering benefits for a wide range of pathologies, including:
